Sometimes, a collaborator you invited to a project or a team will fail to receive an email invitation. If this occurs, you can do the following:
- Ask your collaborator to check their spam / junk email folder for the invitation.
- Verify that your collaborator’s email is valid and entered correctly in the Visual Vocal web portal Team (Organization) or People (Project) tab.
- Resend an invitation. To resend an invitation, simply click “Edit” next to your collaborator’s name when you hover over it.
- A pop-up dialog will appear that allows you resend your invitation by selecting “Resend Invite”.
- If all else fails, contact support by selecting the “Help” button on the bottom right hand corner of your screen or emailing email@example.com.
