My Collaborator Never Got an Invite to Sign Up

Sometimes, a collaborator you invited to a project or a team will fail to receive an email invitation. If this occurs, you can do the following:

  1. Ask your collaborator to check their spam / junk email folder for the invitation.
  2. Verify that your collaborator’s email is valid and entered correctly in the Visual Vocal web portal Team (Organization) or People (Project) tab.
  3. Resend an invitation. To resend an invitation, simply click “Edit” next to your collaborator’s name when you hover over it.

  4. A pop-up dialog will appear that allows you resend your invitation by selecting “Resend Invite”.

  5. If all else fails, contact support by selecting the “Help” button on the bottom right hand corner of your screen or emailing
